REQUIRED SKILLS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Education: Associate degree
• Certification: Epic certified upon hire or within six months of hire.
• Work Experience:
o Two years in healthcare or one year of experience supporting technology systems.
• Work Experience in lieu of degree:
o Four years in healthcare or supporting technology systems.
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities o Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint o Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision o Strong critical thinking skills o Strong communication skills and professional presence o Ability to maintain composure in stressful office environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Work Experience:
o Experience in healthcare, specifically areas in inpatient, ancillary, ambulatory or revenue cycle
