About the Role:

Join R & B Insurance as a Customer Service Representative and become a vital part of our dedicated team in Owasso, OK. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional service to our valued clients while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text.

Assist clients with policy information and claims processing.

Provide accurate quotes and information on insurance products.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.

Identify and escalate issues to management as needed.

Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in insurance.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management software.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.

Insurance license is a plus but not required; we will provide training.
