HOME HEALTH MSW - Treasure Coast

Preferred Home Care of Florida, a Medicare Home Health Agency, is seeking MSWs

PTAs will provide home based services and treatment.

Requirements:
  • Florida State LCSW is a plus
  • Masters of Social Work degree
  • CPR Certification
  • Malpractice Insurance
  • Recent Physical Exam
Qualifications:
  • Must be patient oriented
  • Have excellent communication and written skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
Experience:
  • Home health: 1 year (Required)


Compensation: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
