Ken Garff St. George Ford is seeking an experienced and dependable Ford Certified Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of vehicle systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Complete assigned repairs and maintenance in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards

  • Diagnose vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and service equipment

  • Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, HVAC, and other components

  • Test-drive vehicles to verify repair accuracy and performance

  • Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding additional service needs and estimated repair times

  • Carry out warranty repairs according to factory specifications

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive service technician (Ford experience preferred)

  • Ford Certification preferred but not required

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills

  • Proficiency with electronic diagnostic tools and repair software

  • Ability to read and follow technical documentation and procedures

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

  • Positive attitude and desire for continuous learning

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
