What we offer:

  • Competitive Pay: Earn between $68,000 to $88,000 per year based on your experience.

Your Role as a CDL-A Delivery Driver:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of your tractor-trailer before and after trips, submitting the required DOT inspection report.
  • Verify the accuracy of the bill of lading and manage keys for off-hour deliveries.
  • Safely drive tractor-trailer vehicles to their destinations, applying your knowledge of commercial driving regulations.
  • Maintain a driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) in compliance with DOT regulations, documenting necessary details such as delivery receipts and product temperatures.
  • Unload the trailer, delivering products directly into customer premises.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications to Join Our Team:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
  • Have at least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of driving experience with a tractor-trailer.
  • Compliance with McLane's motor vehicle record (MVR) and risk rating standards is required.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English proficiently to perform job-related tasks effectively.
