Support a critical initiative to modernize and optimize global accounting operations through cutting-edge tools and structured transformation processes. The project spans project management, change management, process redesign, and technical solution development (including Power Platform tools).
Role Responsibilities:
Project Management Support:
- Assist in setting up project governance structures.
- Build and manage project plans with defined milestones and tollgates.
- Track issues, escalate risks, and manage project status reporting and financials.
- Generate, analyze, and refine data critical for future-state organization design.
- Maintain and support evolving policies, job descriptions, and taxonomy updates.
- Lead or support communication planning and change readiness activities.
- Advise and support use of Power Automate and Power Apps to develop business solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to identify needs and create secure, scalable workflows.
- Ensure thorough documentation and conduct rigorous testing of all technical deliverables.
- 5-10 years in a hybrid role involving PMO, process transformation, and technical delivery.
- Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Strong documentation and communication skills; experience in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive adoption of new solutions.
- Experience in accounting, finance, or shared services environments.
- Familiarity with AI-enhanced process automation.
