Pay Rate Depending on Experience - $70-80k

What You'll Do
  • Set up and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines to produce complex aerospace components.
  • Read and interpret process travelers, setup sheets, and blueprints to ensure parts meet precise specifications.
  • Make tooling and offset adjustments to maintain tight tolerances and top quality.
  • Inspect parts using micrometers, indicators, height stands, and other precision measuring tools.
  • Perform routine maintenance (TPM) and keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Collaborate and problem-solve with engineering and production teams to improve setups and reduce cycle times.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and cross-training initiatives.
What You Bring
  • Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience, ideally in an aerospace or high-precision manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of G-code, setup, and machining processes.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical/vocational training or certification in machining is a plus (but equivalent experience will be considered).
