LeafFilter Gutter Protection, a rapidly expanding home improvement company, is on the lookout for dedicated Part-time Sales Lead Generators. We are looking for candidates with exceptional verbal communication skills who are self-driven, reliable, and possess dependable transportation. Members of our team will work at various retail locations, with variable hours and a requirement for weekend availability.

Immediate Openings Weekly Pay Compensation: $18/hour Plus Commission

Job Summary:

The Sales Lead Generator will engage with customers at scheduled retail shifts to generate leads for our local office through positive interactions. You will be responsible for exceeding lead generation targets set by the Retail Event Marketing Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers with high energy and enthusiasm while demonstrating our products.
  • Work independently but keep management updated on progress.
  • Aim to meet and surpass defined performance goals.
  • Generate quality leads for our industry-leading products.

Job Requirements:

  • Availability to work weekday evenings (Monday-Thursday).
  • Strong attention to detail and punctuality.
  • Smartphone required for communication and lead tracking.
  • Self-motivated with a passion to educate customers about our offerings.
  • High energy and the ability to maintain engagement for extended periods.
  • Ability to follow our proven lead generation system effectively.
