Job Description

Lead complex, high-visibility HVAC projects for a rapidly growing contractor with a proven track record in higher education, government, healthcare, industrial, and commercial sectors. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline expectations are met.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of HVAC Project Management experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
