Senior Business Analyst

Pay Range: $70hr - $75hr
- We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Business Analyst to join our Customer Success organization.
- This individual will play a key role in driving business strategy, optimizing customer success processes, and enhancing product adoption across multiple enterprise platforms.
- The ideal candidate will bring strong technical acumen and proven expertise in CRM, CSM, and Gainsight systems.
- Partner with engineering, QA, and business teams to align technical solutions with organizational strategy.
- Serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance Gainsight product utilization.
- Manage client onboarding, renewals, and lifecycle management to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and analyze customer adoption metrics and health scores to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT Business and CSM stakeholders, including program managers, across multiple organizational units.
- Contribute to business strategy development by bringing best practices and data-driven recommendations.
- Expert-level knowledge of CRM, CSM, and Gainsight.
- Strong technical understanding and hands-on experience with Databricks and SnapLogic.
- bility to perform configuration work and strong functional knowledge of D365.
- Deep understanding of subscription-based models and B2B enterprise ecosystems.
- Experience working within multi-product environments (10+ products).
- 7-10 years of experience in business analysis, customer success operations, or related roles.
- Proven experience in enterprise-level B2B environments with cross-functional collaboration.
- Exposure to multi-product and data-driven organizations.
- Candidates with Salesforce-only backgrounds may not be an ideal fit for this role.
