Surgical Technologist (Surgical Tech)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surgical Technologist to assist surgeons and the operating room team in delivering safe and efficient surgical care. The Surgical Tech will prepare instruments and equipment, maintain a sterile field, support surgical procedures, and ensure a smooth workflow before, during, and after operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, and sterile supplies for procedures.
  • Assist surgeons by passing instruments and maintaining a sterile environment.
  • Anticipate surgical team needs and respond quickly during procedures.
  • Handle specimens safely and accurately according to protocols.
  • Perform surgical counts and ensure proper instrument tracking.
  • Clean, restock, and prepare equipment for upcoming procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
  • Certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred.
  • Knowledge of sterile technique and surgical procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in operating room or perioperative settings preferred.
