Job Description
About the Role:

Tivolisworld LLC is seeking a compassionate and resourceful Resident Support Specialist to provide essential services to tenants in our low-income housing communities. This role focuses on fostering stable tenancies by addressing resident concerns, supporting conflict resolution, and connecting individuals with community resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resident concerns and support needs
  • Assist tenants in navigating issues related to housing, community integration, and well-being
  • Provide referrals to local services such as employment programs, mental health services, or food assistance
  • Help residents understand lease terms, house rules, and tenant responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the property management and case management teams to support resident retention
  • Mediate and resolve conflicts between residents, or between residents and staff
  • Maintain clear documentation of interactions and outcomes in compliance with program policies
  • Support the implementation of resident engagement and education programs
  • Conduct wellness checks and routine resident follow-ups as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in housing services, case management, or tenant relations strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work with diverse populations with sensitivity and discretion
  • Knowledge of local social services and public assistance programs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic documentation tools
