My name is Avery, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Cleavland, OH Details of the position are as follows:

Job Description:

  • Pay: $30-32/hr to Start
  • 12-month assignment, Temp to Hire
  • Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30 pm
  • The position will mainly be responsible for the fabrication, rebuilding, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and piping on pressure/process piping and various manufacturing equipment, including mechanical-seal and air diaphragm pumps.
  • The position will also focus on reading piping and instrument diagrams such as Prints, P&ID's.
  • The position also involves aligning mechanical equipment and verifying precision using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and other measurement tools.
  • The position will also perform preventative maintenance procedures and recommend corrective actions and coordinating activities within a multi-craft organization.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Successful completion of Brillium assessment test Required
  • 2+ years of experience working in General Maintenance, Manufacturing, or Industrial environment Required
  • 1+ years of experience in a commercial of industrial environment Preferred
  • Forklift Certification Preferred
  • Technical Certification/Degree Preferred
