Mental Health Technician

SpringVale Health Centers, Inc. is a local non-profit provider of behavioral health, substance abuse, primary/dental care, and pharmacy services has openings for a full-time Mental Health Technician in a 5-bed voluntary crisis stabilization unit. As a Tech, you will assist in the daily activities, provide direct care to meet individual treatment goals, and provide Crisis Intervention services. This is a MIDNIGHT SHIFT position, with some weekend coverage required.
Ideal candidates will be passionate about helping others while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude as well as possess the desire to make a difference within the agency and local community. Must have effective communication skills in both person and on the telephone to meet the needs of the crisis intervention process.

Qualifications:
Bachelor or Associate Degree in mental health-related field or high school diploma with 2 years relevant mental health experience.
