Contract Details

The Loan Operation Representative provides administrative and operational support for loan servicing activities. This role focuses on data entry, document handling, and system updates, supporting the accuracy and efficiency of loan operations within a fast-paced banking environment. Ideal for early-career candidates looking to grow in financial services operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks related to loan servicing
- Enter, update, and maintain loan data across internal systems
- Support document processing and record management
- Utilize Excel and internal tools to track and manage information
- Ensure high levels of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
- Learn and navigate new systems quickly to support operational needs
- Assist with additional operational tasks as assigned
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Prior administrative experience
- Strong data entry skills
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Understanding of loan documents
- Banking or financial services experience
- Familiarity with LoanServ / Encompass systems
- Basic tax knowledge
