What We Offer:

  • Flexible Schedule: Enjoy a split-shift with morning and afternoon hours
  • Guaranteed Hours: Secure a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • Paid CDL Permit Training: We provide training at no cost to get you started
  • Sign-on Bonus: Receive a $5,000 bonus if you are a fully licensed NY CDL driver with A, B, or C licenses with P & S endorsements
  • Competitive Pay Rates: Start at $24.25/hour for School Bus Van Drivers and $28.50/hour for School Bus Drivers (must possess CDL A or B with P and S Endorsements)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a school bus or van to transport students to and from school on time.
  • Monitor traffic, road conditions, and student behavior for a secure ride.
  • Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic laws, along with district standards.
  • Conduct pre-and post-trip vehicle inspections and address any concerns.
  • Assist students with boarding and exiting the vehicle as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
  • Possess a valid NYS CDL Class A or B with P & S endorsements for buses, or a Class C with P & S endorsements for vans (or willingness to obtain through our free training).
  • Ability to pass a drug test, background check, and comply with state and federal CDL guidelines.
  • Non-CDL drivers must hold a valid driver's license and complete CDL permit training.
