  • FT, permanent position
  • 16-bed Level III NICU
  • Collaborative 2-Neonatologist model
  • 24/7 in-house coverage with NNP support
  • Strong interdisciplinary support and resources
  • Flexible scheduling - including 24-hour shift bundles
  • Supportive, collaborative work environment
  • Ongoing professional development & CME opportunities
  • Attend deliveries & manage day-to-day NICU and newborn nursery patients
  • Collaborate during multi-disciplinary rounds
  • Perform ventilator management, lab review, family consults, and more
  • Work with advanced treatments like HFOV, HFJV, inhaled nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia
