What You'll Do

  • Build and launch impactful AI/ML systems that not only enhance user satisfaction but also revolutionize design workflows.

  • Own the AI stack: Select, train, deploy, and scale top-tier models customized for creative and design intelligence.
  • Collaborate closely with product and design leaders to guide our roadmap and contribute to impactful strategic decisions.
  • Set engineering standards: Establish best practices in AI/ML development, aiding in the growth of a world-class team.
  • Push the envelope: Implement advanced generative AI, personalization, and intelligent retrieval to craft exceptional user experiences.

Our Tech Stack

Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate), AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes.

About You

  • 5+ years of software/ML engineering experience (with a minimum of 2 years concentrated on generative AI or ML products).
  • Expertise in Python and popular frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Fluency across the AI lifecycle: From data management to production deployment.
  • Proven 0 to 1 builder: You excel in dynamic, ambiguous environments and deliver impactful products.
  • Strategic mindset: You grasp how AI contributes to significant product and business success.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in retrieval, indexing, personalization, or NLP.
  • Start-up or early-stage company background.
  • A track record of mentoring or leading engineers.
  • Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in AI or a related discipline.
  • Experience launching products to a large user base.
