Key Responsibilities
  • Perform service, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide variety of commercial HVAC systems
  • Work with equipment including: computer room units, WSHPs, split systems, fan coils, rooftops, air handlers, condensers, dry coolers, and unit-mounted controls
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
  • Use mobile tools (tablet/smartphone) to complete service documentation and work orders
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to safety protocols
  • Represent EPS with professionalism and technical expertise on every project
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of commercial HVAC experience
  • CFC Universal Certification (required)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required)
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a background check
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Must supply personal hand tools standard for HVAC service
  • Comfortable using mobile technology (smartphones/tablets) for reporting and documentation
  • Journeyman or Master HVAC License is a plus

Schedule
  • Full-Time - Monday through Friday
  • Some on-call and overtime may be required depending on workload
