• Deliver outstanding nursing care to post-acute residents in nearby areas
• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) such as eating, hygiene, and grooming
• Ensure a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for residents
• Help transport residents around the facility as necessary
• Record and report resident vital signs and communicate health updates to the nursing team
• Adhere to care plans and comply with all applicable policies, regulations, and best practices
• Foster relationships with residents to create a secure and trusting environment

• Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
