As the Nurse Manager, you will oversee two long-term care units/skilled nursing facilities. You will be an integral part of the leadership team, responsible for the management of our residents/patients and all employees assigned to your units. Your role will primarily involve mentoring, teaching, and ensuring that care processes are effectively followed. Notably, this position is designed so that you do not participate in admissions or care conferences.

Required Qualifications:
- Education sufficient for licensure
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- 5 years in a leadership and management role in Nursing
- 2 years in a Long Term Care setting, including end-of-life care experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing school
- 1 year of experience working with palliative care programs
