What You'll Do
In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you will:
- Greet clients with kindness and professionalism
- Schedule and manage appointments to ensure smooth daily flow
- Communicate with clients in person and via a multi-line phone system
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial information
- Answer questions and provide helpful guidance on hospital services
- Support the veterinary team by ensuring excellent client communication
Schedule & Availability
This is a full-time position with the following schedule:
- Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
- Thursday: 7:00am - 6:00pm
- Every other Saturday: 7:00am - 12:00pm
- Compensation: $15-17 per hour, for each hour worked*

- Previous veterinary experience highly preferred
