We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst - Project Lead to support a major modernization program at SCDHHS. This position will be part of a large transformation initiative to modernize South Carolina's Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS), aligning with national innovation efforts.

Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst - Project Lead

Location: Columbia, SC (Hybrid - 4 days onsite per week)

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Interview Type: Online

End Client: South Carolina Department of Health & Human Services (SCDHHS)

Visa Requirements: Must have at least 6 months of valid work authorization (US Citizen, GC, EAD, OPT-EAD, H4-EAD)

Submission Deadline: August 3, 2025

Note: Candidates must be current South Carolina residents. No relocation allowed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test plans and test cases for new and existing systems

• Perform user interface, regression, negative, and usability testing

• Develop SDLC traceability between requirements and test cases

• Run automated and manual test scripts and support deployments

• Identify, track, and report bugs and issues throughout the development lifecycle

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards are met

• Generate quality assurance documentation and reports

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or healthcare-related field

• 5+ years translating business requirements into test scenarios

• 5+ years developing and executing test plans

• 3+ years in healthcare operations (preferably Medicaid)

• 3+ years using formal test design tools

• Strong communication skills for status reporting and issue resolution

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence

• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall SDLC environments

• 5+ years in large enterprise or e-business systems
