You will be working with a franchisee of Taco Bell, which means if hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. - Recruiting, hiring, and developing a talented team.

- Effectively scheduling and deploying staff for optimal performance.
- Addressing performance and customer service issues.
- Managing the restaurant budget and financial strategies.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions:
- High School Diploma or GED; College Degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, with Profit and Loss responsibility.
- Basic personal computer literacy; proficiency strongly preferred.
- Preference for internal promotion from Assistant General Manager role.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must pass background check criteria.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- Basic business math and accounting skills, along with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Physical ability to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, and lift and carry trash containers.
- Ability to clean parking lots and surrounding grounds.
- Capability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop for approximately 80% of shift time.
Pay Range: $24.00 - $28.00
