NFS FFS Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy.
Hybrid position to work from home and only 1 day in office per week required

FEE FOR SERVICE POSITION
Compensation:
Fee for Service:
- $45/hour for MA Level
- $50-$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity
- $55-$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience
- $65-$70/hour for independent license
Incentive for on-site:
- 50% in person over a 3 month span will earn $750
- 75% in person over a 3 month span will earn $1000
- 90% and above in person over a 3 month span $1250
- Non-English language capacity
- Experience
- Select clinical specialties
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
- Independent Clinical License within 2 years
- Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus
- Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach. Afternoon and evening availability is a plus
- Hybrid position - Must be able to work in one of our office locations 1 day a week.
