Position: Skilled LaborerWe are seeking dependable and hardworking Skilled Laborers to support our growing commercial drywall and framing projects. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable hands-on construction experience and build a long-term career in the industry.
Responsibilities:-
Assist crews with the handling and movement of materials, tools, and equipment.

Support drywall framers, finishers, and carpenters with setup, prep, and cleanup.
-
Perform demolition, site preparation, and other general labor tasks.
-
Operate hand tools and power tools safely.
-
Maintain a clean and organized job site.
-
Follow safety protocols and company standards at all times.
-
Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to team success.
-
Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required-training provided.
-
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills.
-
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
-
Team player with a positive attitude and respect for others.
-
Reliable transportation to job sites across New England.

Authorized to work in the United States.

Competitive pay: $18–$24/hour, based on experience and skills assessment.
