Become part of a thriving multi-specialty group that boasts over 500 physicians dedicated to collaboration and excellence in patient care.
- Work alongside 1 Pediatric Neurologist, 6 Adult Neurologists, and 5 Advanced Practitioners with expertise in headache and ADHD management.
- Engage in both outpatient and inpatient neurology, including at our Level III NICU.
- Enjoy a 4-day work week with opportunities for community outreach 1-2 days each month.
- Participate in phone call coverage only; pediatric inpatient care is managed by UW Pediatric Hospitalists and Family Practice Residents.
- Take advantage of opportunities to teach residents and clinic staff.
Our Department of Neurology features a range of subspecialties, fully accredited EMG/NCS and EEG laboratories, and state-of-the-art services catering to a diverse patient population.
At SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital, we offer long-term monitored EEG studies as needed, supporting an 18-county area serving 1.3 million people.
About the Hospital:
- SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital is a 440-bed tertiary care and referral center recognized among the nation's 100 Top Hospitals for 2018 by IBM Watson Health. This accolade highlights the best-performing hospitals nationwide based on clinical, operational, and patient satisfaction metrics.
- Our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is a Level III facility, the first of its kind in Wisconsin, with 31 beds, dedicated to caring for 490 critically ill newborns annually, supported by a team of six neonatologists and specialized nurses.
