Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care in post-acute care facilities
  • Observe resident conditions and report changes to the nursing team
  • Monitor and report on residents' vital signs
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment through sanitation and linen changes
  • Assist residents with personal hygiene, feeding, grooming, and other daily activities
  • Reposition and transport residents around the facility as needed
  • Facilitate communication between staff, residents, and families
  • Engage with residents and respond to their needs
  • Adhere to care plans and all applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Valid Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and nursing procedures
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
