Virgo and Aries LLC is seeking remote Customer Service Specialists to join our
dynamic team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of
contact for our valued customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving
issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements
What You'll Bring:
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• A passion for helping others and exceeding customer expectations
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (additional languages are a
plus)
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
