Lead Consultant Blue Yonder WMS

Requirement/Must Have:
- Lead and execute end-to-end implementation and migration of Blue Yonder WMS solutions.
- Conduct detailed requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
- Translate business processes into functional and technical specifications.
- Configure WMS modules: Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Labor, Yard Management.
- Develop/customize reports, labels, RF screens, and MOCA components.
- Integrate with ERP, TMS, and automation systems using BY Integrator.
- Design and execute test scenarios (SIT, UAT, regression).
- Lead data migration: mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation.
- Support cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare.
- Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across offshore/onsite locations.
- Conduct impact analysis for change requests.
- Provide solution walkthroughs and end-user training.
- Maintain detailed documentation.
- Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and quality standards.
- Mentor junior consultants.
- 5+ years of Blue Yonder WMS implementation and migration.
- Strong domain knowledge in WMS processes.
- Expertise in MOCA, MTF, DDA/Pagebuilder, Reports, and Labels.
- Experience with BY Integrator and interface development.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of SDLC and requirement analysis.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Configure WMS components.
- Design integrations and automation workflows.
- Execute detailed test cycles.
- Drive data migration activities.
- Provide hypercare and post-go-live support.
- Experience with middleware tools (MuleSoft, TIBCO).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum.
- Experience with automation tools and RF devices.
- Familiarity with global delivery models and SharePoint.
- Understanding of DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines).
- Blue Yonder WMS expertise.
- MOCA scripting and troubleshooting.
- Integration and interface development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Logistics.
