Hours & Compensation

• Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Employment Type: Direct Hire
  

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate new patients and identify physical activity limitations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
• Prescribe and monitor therapeutic exercises and interventions, tracking patient progress
• Educate patients and families on post-therapy strategies to maintain outcomes
• Independently manage outpatient care for patients with vestibular, neurological, orthopedic, and fall-risk challenges
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a current Georgia PT license
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient neuro/ortho or vestibular rehab experience preferred
• Proven ability to create and progress treatment plans for balance, vestibular, and neurological rehab
• Strong self-motivation, excellent communication, and a passion for patient care
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/sit as needed for an 8-hour shift
