Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure effective restaurant operations.
  • Train and support team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Oversee inventory management while upholding food safety and quality standards.
  • Assist in staff scheduling and maintain labor cost effectiveness.
  • Provide team leadership to reach and exceed sales targets.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a pristine and organized restaurant environment.
  • Work with management to identify and implement operational enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the food/hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of motivating teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in problem solving and conflict resolution.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multitasking abilities.
  • Awareness of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
