Job Description

We're seeking a friendly and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our team You'll be the first point of contact for clients--scheduling appointments, answering phones, processing payments, and helping ensure every visit runs smoothly.

Experience in a veterinary office is great, but not required. We're happy to train the right person with strong customer service skills and a love for animals.

We offer both full-time and part-time schedules. Health insurance and paid time off (full-time employees only)-employee discounts on veterinary services and a supportive team-oriented environment.

Requirements: Excellent communication and multitasking skills. Comfortable using computers and scheduling software. Compassion for pets and their owners.

Pay: Starting at $14.00 an hour, depending on experience.
