Childcare Team Lead

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Childcare Team Lead to join our dynamic childcare team This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who love working with children and creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment.
Key Requirements:
- A high school diploma is required.
- Prior childcare experience is essential, but if you're new to the field, we encourage you to apply for our normal childcare position first.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and special events like Parent's Night Out is a must.
Position Overview:
As a vital member of our childcare team, you will provide a clean and safe environment for children to play and engage in activities while their parents focus on their fitness goals. Our mission is to promote a healthy lifestyle through fun and interactive play.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise children's play to ensure their safety at all times.
- Implement cleaning procedures diligently to maintain a sanitary environment.
- Regularly sanitize toys and equipment to keep them safe for use.
- Monitor use of inflatable obstacle courses, ensuring safety guidelines are adhered to.
- Assist children with restrooms when needed, including diaper changing for infants.
- Support feeding infants in our nursery area.
