Duration : 6 Months

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing complex datasets, building predictive models, and delivering actionable insights that drive business and technical decisions. This is an opportunity to apply your expertise in data science to solve challenging problems and contribute to innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources.
Develop and implement predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses to solve business problems.
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
Design experiments and evaluate hypotheses to inform decision-making.
Build data pipelines and workflows to ensure scalable and efficient processing.
Visualize and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders using dashboards, reports, and presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and domain experts, to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
Document methodologies, processes, and results for internal use and future reference.
Qualifications

Education:
Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in data science or machine learning are a plus.

Experience:
3-7 years of professional experience in data science or a related field.
Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models and advanced analytics.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch).
Strong understanding of statistical methods, data modeling, and predictive analytics.
Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and relational databases (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for data processing and model deployment.

Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings into actionable insights.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
