Senior Business Analyst

We invite a skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. You'll lead BA efforts on an ambitious initiative creating an AI orchestration platform that integrates multiple AI tools to streamline and enhance the full product development lifecycle. You'll play a key role in a high-impact project designed to bring modern AI technology into everyday workflows, helping teams accelerate time-to-market, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

Is that you?

• 4 years as a Business Analyst with solid knowledge of BA methods, tools, and SDLC
• Experience leading requirements elicitation and documentation across complex initiatives
• Experience defining and maintaining traceable business and functional requirements
• Experience guiding backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior/intermediate business analysts
• Experience creating and maintaining product documentation and feature roadmaps
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• Ability to create and interpret UML or process flow diagrams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to simplify and structure complex concepts
• Experience working on early-stage initiatives or PoC / MVP projects
• High level of productivity, ownership, and accountability
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Desirable:

• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) and openness to adopting new technologies
• Experience working on AI projects and utilizing AI in development workflows

Key responsibilities and your contribution:

In this role, you'll lead requirements analysis and documentation for an AI orchestration platform, guiding stakeholders and development teams to deliver solutions successfully.

• Lead elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business and functional requirements with stakeholders
• Translate requirements into traceable user stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria
• Guide backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivery activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage priorities, scope, and requested changes
• Create and maintain clear, well-structured product and end-user documentation, including feature roadmaps
• Present requirements, workflows, and solutions effectively to stakeholders
• Structure complex information into clear, actionable artifacts
• Mentor and support intermediate/junior BAs
• Support continuous improvement of the requirements process
• Communicate and collaborate effectively to ensure stakeholder alignment and successful feature delivery
