As a Student Driver with WE Transport, you play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of students to and from school. You will operate a vehicle, conduct pre-trip inspections, perform child checks after routes, and adhere to DOT regulations.

Your Role Includes:
- Safely transporting students to and from school.
- Monitoring traffic, road conditions, and maintaining student behavior.
- Adhering to all applicable traffic laws and district standards.
- Conducting thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Assisting passengers with boarding and exiting as needed.
What You Need to Qualify:
- Must be at least 21 years old with at least 1 year of driving experience.
- Valid NYS CDL Class A or B with P and S endorsements or a willingness to obtain through our training.
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
- Non-CDL drivers must have a valid driver's license and complete CDL permit training.
