Join an established, high-quality membership-based family medicine practice as we expand to our second location in Fairfax, Virginia. This is a rare opportunity to step into a thriving practice with a small, established patient panel following the retirement of a beloved physician.
Practice Model
This position offers the benefits of concierge medicine without the challenges of building from scratch. You'll have:
- A small, established patient panel transitioning from a retiring physician
- Practice bills insurance in addition to membership fees
- Accessible membership model priced to serve a broader patient population
- Cross-coverage and clinical collaboration with our founding concierge physician
- Dedicated mentorship and operational support, particularly valuable for physicians new to membership-based medicine
- An experienced Nurse Practitioner colleague continuing in the practice
- Complete clinical autonomy in a membership-based environment
- Extended visit times and deeper patient relationships
Ideal Candidate
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
- Strong commitment to patient-centered, preventive care
- Interest in or experience with membership-based/concierge medicine (training provided)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting patient relationships
- Collaborative mindset for working with NP and cross-covering physician
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $275,000 - $400,000.
- $275,000 base with a rev share opportunity up to $400,000
