Your impact will include:
- assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, eating, and mobility
- observing and reporting changes in residents' health to licensed nurses
- obtain and document vital signs
- supporting residents' physical and emotional well-being with compassion and consistency
- transporting, lifting and repositioning residents safely using appropriate lifting techniques and equipment
- maintaining clean and safe resident environments, including restocking and sanitizing areas
- assisting with isolation procedures and following all infection control protocols
- collaborating with nurses, therapists, and other caregivers to ensure quality care delivery
What you'll bring
- current Kentucky CNA certification (active and in good standing)
- strong attention to detail and observation skills
- ability to work independently or as part of a team
- reliable, flexible, and committed to resident-centered care
- excellent communication skills with residents, families, and staff
- empathy, respect, and professionalism in every interaction
- physical ability to lift, move, and assist residents as needed
- successful completion of pre-screening hiring requirements
