POSITION OBJECTIVE:
This position is responsible for creating user interfaces for our web sites and customer-facing digital experiences, including the execution of any associated research and usability testing.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designs user flows, wireframes and prototypes that balance user needs, business goals, and brand standards.

• Applies an iterative, collaborative design process with cross-functional partners to develop effective solutions.

• Researches and analyzes customer behavior to inform design decisions.

• Presents design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.

• Maintains and evolves our design system to ensure consistency across digital touchpoints.

• Ensures all designs meet accessibility standards and reflect inclusive design principles.

• Tracks and champions emerging UX trends in e-commerce, identifying patterns worth testing to enhance our customer experience.

• Other project or duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology or related field required

• 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience, preferably in e-commerce

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch or similar design tools

• Familiarity with AI-enhanced design workflows and tools

• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) and design constraints

• Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and analytics tools

• Strong communication and storytelling skills; ability to present to cross-functional teams

• Collaborative mindset with a passion for fashion, customer experience, and innovation
