Job Description
Domino's Pizza in Manchester, United States, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at 667 Big Bend Rd. As a vital member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and delicious pizzas.
- Answer phone calls and take customer orders with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with additional tasks as needed, such as restocking supplies and general cleaning duties
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
- Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor, with a natural ability to smile easily
- Team player mentality and willingness to assist colleagues in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent is beneficial
