Customer Experience

  • Welcome customers warmly and assist them with inquiries about products and services, ensuring their issues are resolved for a pleasant experience.

  • Share and implement customer service best practices with team members to create a unique and enjoyable experience, including effective interpersonal skills and proactive assistance.

Operations

  • Ensure customers receive speedy and friendly service at all times.

  • Suggest complementary products to enhance customer purchases.

  • Handle customer transactions, including cash management, returns, and exchanges efficiently.

  • Keep merchandise areas clean and attractive, assist in inventory management, and adhere to pricing and product organization guidelines.

  • Follow asset protection procedures to minimize loss.

  • Comply with all state and local regulations when handling regulated products.

  • Assist in creating and maintaining attractive promotional displays and product setups.

  • Support food safety practices by organizing items according to policy.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of store systems and equipment.

  • Provide assistance in the photo area, including promotional sales of photo products.

  • Manage web pick-up duties by organizing orders and delivering them to customers.

  • Maintain a clean and orderly store environment for a pleasant shopping experience.

  • Adhere to all company policies and maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.

  • Complete other assigned duties and special tasks as needed.
