Application Architect

CTG is seeking an experienced Application Architect to design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications and web solutions. This role requires expertise in Java, API integration, database architecture, REST web services, and endpoint security.
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 12 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead application architecture and 3rd party system integrations.
- Design and optimize database structures for enterprise applications.
- Develop and maintain RESTful web services with secure endpoints.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Provide architectural guidance and ensure coding best practices.
- Strong Java development and web technology experience.
- Expertise in API integration and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
- REST web services and endpoint security knowledge.
- Proven experience designing enterprise-grade applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
