CT Technologist Job Details
  • Location: Alexandria, Virginia (22311) - top destination for Virginia healthcare professionals
  • Estimated Weekly Pay: $2430 - $2610
  • Healthcare Setting: Inova Advanced Imaging Outpatient Center & Inova Alexandria Hospital
  • Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 2/9/2026 - End: 5/9/2026)
  • Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (8-hour days); Fridays at hospital
  • Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Weekend Requirement: PRN as needed
  • On-Call: None
  • Holiday Coverage: May be included in schedule
  • Scrub Color: Black
CT Technologist Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred
  • Active Virginia State License required
  • ARRT (CT) Certification required
  • AHA BLS Certification required
  • Strong IV skills highly preferred
  • Experience with EPIC EMR and PACS (Visage) preferred
CT Technologist Responsibilities
  • Perform CT scans including head, abdomen, pelvis, angio, and extremities for hospital and outpatient patients
  • Conduct routine and stat CT exams with accuracy and efficiency
  • Operate Siemens CT units and maintain high standards of patient care
  • Float between outpatient imaging center and hospital (Fridays and PRN)
  • Complete a one-week floor orientation for seamless onboarding
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver exceptional imaging services
