Portland, OR, United States Kreg Therapeutics Full time
Are you a clinical professional driven by patient outcomes? Ready to trade in the red tape for real impact?

REQUIRED: ICU Experience is REQUIRED as a RN or PT/OT in order to be considered for this role

Kreg Therapeutics is on a mission to revolutionize how hospitals manage their most complex patients. We believe that to get patients moving, you need technology that moves with them. Our innovative portfolio of specialty beds-including groundbreaking Vertical and Bariatric solutions-empowers clinicians to safely mobilize critical patients, accelerating their journey from the ICU to physical therapy, and ultimately, back home.

We're not a corporate giant. We're a small, agile team with a big mission: to become the #1 hospital partner in delivering better outcomes. We're looking for a passionate Clinical Specialist to join our family, champion our technology, and make a tangible difference in the Pacific Northwest.

Your Mission as a Clinical Specialist:

Forget just selling a product. You will be a trusted clinical partner and educator, the direct liaison between our innovative technology and the dedicated clinicians on the front lines. Managing 2-3 key hospital accounts, you will immerse yourself in their world, becoming an indispensable resource for improving patient care.

What You'll Do:
  • Empower Clinicians: You'll be the expert, educating ICU nurses, therapists, and hospital staff on how our Vertical and Bariatric beds can transform patient mobilization, making their jobs safer and more effective.
  • Drive Patient Progress: By promoting and supporting the use of our technology, you will directly contribute to faster patient recovery and better outcomes.
  • Build Strong Relationships: You'll become a vital part of the hospital team, providing hands-on support, troubleshooting, and partnering with staff to move patient care forward.
  • Be a Product Champion: Support the Account Manager in exciting new hospitals with compelling demonstrations and evaluations that showcase the power of our beds.
  • Provide Unmatched Service: You'll ensure every customer interaction is high-quality, maintaining our reputation for excellence and reliability.
What You Bring to the Team:
  • A passion for healthcare and 1-3 years of experience in a clinical, sales, or customer-facing role where you've built incredible relationships.
  • A clinical background in the ICU setting is required (e.g., Nurse, Physical/Occupational Therapist). You speak the language of the hospital floor.
  • You are a natural educator and influencer, with a proven ability to persuade clinicians to embrace new technologies and patient care practices.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to own your territory.
  • A hands-on, problem-solving mindset. You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves to learn, test, and troubleshoot our equipment.
Why You'll Love Working at Kreg Therapeutics:

This isn't your typical corporate job. We're different, and we're proud of it.
  • Feel Your Impact: See the direct results of your work in the community, improving patient lives every single day.
  • No Red Tape, Just Results: Have a great idea? Let's try it. You'll have the freedom to experiment and move quickly without layers of bureaucracy.
  • Work with Leaders: Our leadership team works alongside you, not in a far-off corner office. Your voice will be heard.
  • Wear Many Hats: You'll gain diverse experience and learn constantly. We hate "boxes" and "silos"-we work as one team.
  • A True Team Culture: We're a small, tight-knit group that feels like family. Camaraderie and collaboration are at our core.
  • Own Your Work: You'll feel a powerful sense of ownership and pride in the mission we're accomplishing together.
The Perks:
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K & Life Insurance)
  • Paid Travel Expenses
  • Company Phone & Laptop
  • Generous Time Off (Vacation, Personal & Sick Days)

Ready to join a mission, not just a company? Apply today and help us change the future of patient recovery
