What You'll Do as a Maintenance Technician:
  • Keep production running smoothly by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced beverage facility.
  • Ensure all equipment operates at proper production standards
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair machinery promptly
  • Collaborate with multiple departments on training, diagnostics, and production support
  • Work with outside vendors and contractors when needed
  • Utilize maintenance software to track repairs and logs
  • Assist in operating equipment and cross-train in other departments
  • Perform Preventive Maintenance during scheduled shutdowns
  • Maintain daily maintenance logs and documentation
  • Work safely with industrial gases, oils, lubricants, and mechanical fluids (CO2, Nitrogen, Oxygen, line lube, machine oils)
  • Provide your own basic mechanical tools and toolbox
  • Report directly to the Maintenance Manager
Skills and Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
  • 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills
  • Seamer experience (preferred)
  • Electrical or hydraulic background (a plus)
  • Ability to communicate clearly with all departments
  • High attention to detail
  • Basic math, reading, writing, and typing skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties including standing, crawling, reaching, and climbing
