Position Summary
Seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team full-time. This is an on-site position in the Baltimore area, where you'll provide therapy to individuals and couples, helping them navigate emotional challenges, improve communication, and deepen their connection.
Responsibilities :
Provide psychotherapy to individuals and couples (in-person sessions). Develop and implement tailored treatment plans. Maintain detailed, confidential, and up-to-date clinical records. Collaborate with clinical supervisors and attend regular team meetings. Stay informed on best practices in relational, sex, and mental health therapy. Qualifications :
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field. Full licensure in Maryland as LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT , or similar. LGPCs are also encouraged to apply (supervision provided) . Interest and/or experience in Couples Therapy and Sex Therapy is highly preferred. Excellent interpersonal, clinical, and communication skills. Ability to work on-site in the Pikesville/Baltimore area.
