WE Transport is looking for drivers in Suffolk County, Long Island. A CDL license is beneficial; however, if you don't have one, we provide PAID CDL training to help you start
What We Offer:
- Flexible Schedule: Enjoy split-shift opportunities with morning and afternoon shifts.
- Guaranteed Hours: Work 25-30 hours per week.
- PAID CDL Permit Training: Free training to obtain your CDL.
- $5000 Sign-on Bonus: Available for fully licensed NY CDL drivers with A, B, or C licenses with P & S endorsements.
- Starting Pay Rate for Van Drivers: $24.37 (must hold a CDL A, B, or C with P and S endorsements).

Job Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a school bus or van to transport students to and from school.
- Monitor traffic, road conditions, and student behavior to ensure a safe ride.
- Comply with all federal, state, and local traffic laws and district standards.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues.
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
- Hold a valid NYS CDL Class A or B with P & S endorsements for buses, or a Class C with P & S endorsements for vans (or be willing to obtain one through our free training).
- Non-CDL drivers must possess a valid driver's license and complete CDL permit training.
