Description - Responsibilities Awaiting You
  • Conduct both standard and specialized laboratory tests-spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
  • Evaluate test results meticulously to ensure high accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and carry out essential maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
  • Support with specimen collection and adeptly prepare samples for testing as necessary.
  • Thoroughly document all lab procedures, mentor new team members or students, and play an active role in upholding superior laboratory standards.
  • Maintain a pristine and secure workplace while adhering to industry regulations and accreditation guidelines.
Education
  • A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification eligibility.
Certifications
  • Earn ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year with us.
  • Maintain your certification actively during your tenure.
