Position Summary
The Redken Community Manager will be supporting the brand marketing team on managing the brand's social platform (@redken) and supporting the marketing team on managing development of content with external agency partner, social copywriting, ad-hoc content development and improving brand social awareness. Secondary include regular reporting on brand channel performance, Sprinklr community management, and co-ownership of essential social operational tools (Cerby, RivalIQ. Dash Hudson). The ideal candidate is someone with a strong background and passion in all things social media (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest), with strong organizational skills and a data-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
The Redken Community manager will utilize opportunities to analyze the current state of Redken social and proactively present content plans and ideas to the larger digital team.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Qualifications: 2+ years' experience in marketing, with particular knowledge in social media channels such as Twitter, Facebook, etc.
